We're a small team building an independent media company from scratch.
Lemon Media Network was founded by Don Lemon on the conviction that journalism should be done without fear or favor. We produce a twice-daily live show, a daily newsletter, a paid membership community, and a national tour, and we reach more than 10 million people across platforms. In April 2026 The Don Lemon Show swept the Webby Awards in its category, and earlier this year the show won four NAACP Image Awards.
We hire people who want more responsibility than they'd get somewhere bigger, and who want it faster.
